Scott Speed odd man out at Red Bull?

With the dominoes falling into place over the last couple of days the question is what becomes of Scott Speed?
Speed looks like the odd man out next year at Red Bull unless the decided to field a third car.
Speed has shown improvement over last year but averaging finishes in the mid 20s doesn't cut it.
But i feel Red Bull is cutting ties with him to soon if the do get rid of him. Speed in his second full season is a great young talent who has the chance to really do something in this level of competition.
Hopefully Red Bull finds the funding for a third team next year and keeps Speed around remember Khane is only going to be around for one year then off to Hendrix.
Speed has completed almost 97% of the laps on the season. Is he really that much different than Joey Logano or Brad Keselowki?
Both of those drivers have started with alot more fan fare and better teams but haven't really competed that great either.
