Trying to Chase down Jimmie Johnson

October 26th 2010 10:49

With Four races to go Jimmie Johnson is sitting atop the standings in his bid for a fifth straight title. This year he has two chasers who are not going to let him pull away that easily. Denny Hamlin and Kevin Harvick are giving Johnson everything the have to win their first title and prevent his fifth title.

With four races left in my opinion three drivers have a shot at the title with four place driver Kyle Busch 172 points behind and everybody else 200 or more i don't see them battling for the title.

Johnson holds a six point lead on Hamlin while Harvick is 62 points behind.

With Talladega the next stop Harvick is liking his chance. Harvick won there in the spring. Hamlin finished fourth while Johnson finished 31st.

Don't see Johnson having that bad of a race again but look for the standings to be tight after this race also.
